What are we looking for?

We are looking for Software Developers who are interested in developing a mobile application front-end in Flutter for a fintech in a regulated environment.


Must have:

·      Experience with Flutter

·      Some Android programming

·      Strong knowledge of OO programming

·      Knowledge of design patterns

·      Strong logical approach and willingness to take the lead on solving complex problems

·      Passion for mobile development

·      Strong innovative skills and a passion for coding

·      Can do attitude, motivated, hungry to develop, technically savvy, focused on delivery

·      Polished communication and interpersonal skills

·      An interest in financial services

·      An ability to work with little supervision


Nice to have:

·      Javascript development skills

·      Google Cloud Services

·      Appreciation of security models and architecture

·      Experience of gRPC

·      Experience of API orchestration and rules engine coding

·      Banking solutions or small business financing experience

·      CI/ CD delivery

·      Any experience of recent platform innovations used in modern native apps such as material design

·      Agile experience
