Role:


This is a full-time permanent role based in London.


Our App:


Our app is built 100% with Flutter & Dart, using Firebase and Cloud Functions on the backend. The app uses Firebase messaging, camera APIs and other cool features to deliver a great experience for online tutoring.


Our Team:


We are a small but rapidly growing startup.


You will join a team of three other Flutter developers. One of them is a Flutter GDE, well-known in the Flutter community for his tutorials and courses, and is helping us to take our app to the next level.


What you’ll be doing:


You will work alongside other developers to improve and revamp the current app, integrating new designs and delivering valuable features for the business and our users.

You will report to the tech lead, and work closely with other developers and the product owner.


What we’re looking for:


We’re looking for a Flutter developer that has a strong product focus, and is not afraid of learning about the whole application stack, and getting hands-on with Cloud Functions & TypeScript on the backend.


You should apply if:


  • You are excited about programming in Flutter
  • You have prior experience with iOS & Android development
  • You’ve shipped and iterated on at least one app in the App Store or Play Store
  • You love turning excellent designs into beautiful products

  • Live apps on the App Store / Play Store
  • Technical blog posts
  • Videos on YouTube 📺
  • … Anything else showing your 💙 for Flutter…


Interview Process:


  1. Initial phone interview. 
  2. (Optional) Take-home project (this can be completed in anything between 2 and 4 hours). You may not need to do this if you already have built something cool that you can share with us.
  3. Final onsite interview.


Compensation:


We offer competitive salaries based on skills and experience, ranging from £40,000 to £70,000 per year. In addition, you will have the opportunity to earn a performance bonus.
