As a Mobile App Software Engineer II, you will work with a cross-functional team to develop and test Mobile Apps. Responsibilities include developing, testing, and maintaining the software for iOS apps (primarily). You will apply knowledge of software design to develop and safety critical, fault tolerant apps.  


A Day in the Life

Key Technical Competencies

• You have experience writing, building, and deploying iOS Mobile Apps

• You can review, update, implement, and test requirements

• You can write and execute unit tests for mobile apps and components

* You have experience with source control (e.g. git)

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Education Required

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science or related field.


Years of Experience

• 2+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience with Swift (iOS)


Nice to Have

• Experience with Flutter

• Experience developing for Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)

• Experience developing user interfaces in commercial applications

• Experience developing for Android (Java/Kotlin)

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Highly motivated, excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.

• Experience translating product requirements into design specifications.

• Multi-threaded coding experience, along with both asynchronous and synchronous code.

• Ability to effectively present information to team members and management, customers and prospects.

• Ability to work in a highly collaborative, team-based environment.

• Ability to effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work objective. Uses resources effectively and efficiently. Is reliable in work habits. Able to organize and self-direct execution of tasks/duties.

• Experience in medical software development process such as IEC 62304 or other regulated software development
